Malcolm Horton
Malcolm became involved with theatre about 17 years ago, soon after his daughter started with the Hills Youth Theatre. Not being an actor, singer or dancer, but technically minded, he developed a passion for stage management and lighting.
Since then, Malcolm has worked with many Adelaide groups, particularly with the Stirling Community Theatres' three groups for more than 12 years on committees, SM, lighting, sets and the theatre tech for a period.
Memorable, demanding productions have been, City Of Angels (NLTC), Seussical, Sweeney Toddand Jeckyl & Hyde (HMC) as well as number of plays including One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest(SP).
“I love working in theatre as crew as it is a complete release from my daily scientific profession”.
